At Craft Garage, every order is made with care and precision. As many of our products are custom-made or personalised, production begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

All orders are made to order.
Production times vary depending on the product and order quantity. If you’ve placed a custom order, we’ll let you know the estimated turnaround time before production begins.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to production times.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over R1,000.
No promo code is required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Local Collection
Prefer to collect your order?
Local collection is available at no additional cost.
We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and provide the collection details.
Please wait for your collection confirmation before arriving.
Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before production begins.
As each item is made specifically for you, we cannot commence manufacturing until payment has been successfully received.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier’s network.
We’ll provide tracking information where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
